Winter workouts will take place from 10:30am-12:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday, January 4th and 6th. Meet in the Wrestling room, aka the Utility Room (adjacent to the West Gym).
Bring your tennis shoes, as well as glove and cleats.
Tuesday Schedule:
10:30 am 2 Warm up laps: stretching
10:45 am Light throwing drill(wrist throws only)
10:55 am 10 min workout
11:15 am Hitting-Soft toss
11:45 am Squat ground-balls
12:00 am Light Throwing-10 minutes
Thursday Schedule:
10:30 am 2 Warm up laps: stretching
10:45 am Light throwing drill(wrist throws only)
10:55 am 10 min workout
11:15 am Hitting-Frisbee
11:45 am Squat ground-knee high-short hops
12:00 am Light Throwing-10 minutes
