Sponsorship Money

Season Begins February 25, 2008

There are a few players that still have not turned in sponsorships. The deadline was January 11th, 2008. For some reason some of you think that we have forgotten about this...You are responsible to communicate with the coaches about any problems you may be having with this project.

If you do not resolve this issue immediately, you will not be enrolled in Spring Softball during 6th period and you may want to start thinking about next year's try out.

Sponsorships will be due on February 11, 2008....FINAL DEADLINE!

Just a Reminder and Overview of Friday's meeting

IMPORTANT:

Ladies, it is already Jan. 23 and some girls still have not turned in the rest of sponsorship money.

Please get those in ASAP
It pays for your spirit pack!

Ok Ladies,

As you already know we had a meeting this last Friday Jan. 11th.
At the meeting we turned in our insurance packets and Sponsorship packets
Only a handful of girls brought in everything.
If you have not finished your Insurance packet and physical, please make sure that you get those in ASAP.
If you have not been able to get your physical, please fill out the other packet (the one with the emergency cards and stuff to fill out at least.
It is very important that we get those completed so that we can practice sliding and play in the games.

If you have not turned in the complete Sponsorship money,
there has been an extention. You must have at least 75$ in sponsorship money by this thursday



If you did not attend the meeting this is what we discussed.

We talked about:
-Insurance and Physical packets (above)
-Sponsorship money (above)
-commitment:
At the softball orientation everyone signed a commitment paper. You must follow through.
-Fundraising is part of being on the team and the commitment
-If there is a problem with the team talk to any of the 5 coaches: De la Cruz, Burgos, Rudy, Manny, or Stacey. Dont go to coaches from other teams with problems before talking to our own coaches.
-Loyalty

If there is anything that is unclear you can talk to any of the coaches. :)

So dont forget! 75$ (or all of it, preferably) in sponsorships by Thursday!! no later!
